Me-Tour Inc. - Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Me-Tour Inc.'s services, including but not limited to accessing and using our 3D virtual tour platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our Platform.

1. Definitions

  • "Me-Tour Inc." refers to the company providing the 3D virtual tour services.

  • "Platform" refers to Me-Tour Inc.'s website, software, and any associated services.

  • "User" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.

  • "Content" refers to any text, images, videos, or other materials uploaded, posted, or transmitted by Users on the Platform.

2. Use of Platform

  • Users must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

  • Users are prohibited from sharing their account credentials with third parties.

  • Users are solely responsible for all activities that occur under their account.

  • Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when using the Platform.

  • Users are responsible for ensuring their space is ready for 3D scanning and that all materials they wish to be excluded are removed or hidden prior to scanning.

3. Intellectual Property

  • Me-Tour Inc. retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights.

  • Users retain ownership of the Content they upload to the Platform.

  • By uploading Content, Users grant Me-Tour Inc. a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such Content.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

  • Upload, post, or transmit any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform.

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Me-Tour Inc. respects the privacy of its Users. Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information provided by Users. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Me-Tour Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

7. Modification of Terms

  • Me-Tour Inc. reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
